Direct Mail Campaign Response Tracking & Analysis Tool
This tool is used for tracking responses to all types of direct mail response campaigns including catalogs, regardless of media, as long as you know the projected weekly percent of responses. Projected weekly responses can be based on results from other programs or you can use the typical response rate for a given media type that you will find on the Response Rate Chart on our website or from other sources such as the DMA's Response Rate Study. In addition to tracking responses to campaigns, you will be able to develop and analyze response curves to the various types of media you use and the types of campaigns you run.
