  Retention Rate Monthly Comparison Analysis
  Instructions:
The Retention Rate Analysis Template will help you track your customer acquisition, retention and reactivation rates for the current year and compare them to those of the prior year.  Enter the BOM (beginning of month) balance of customers for this year in Month 1 under this year (TY).  The BOM for this year will be calculated for each of the following months.  For each month under the "TY" column, enter the number of new, reactivated and inactive customers.  Be sure to enter the number of "Inactives" as a positive number.  For a year-to-year comparison, you must enter last years (LY) actuals for BOM, new, reactivated, and inactives.
