Comprehensive Marketing Assessment

Don't know where to start? Then take our Comprehensive Marketing Assessment.
This assessment is a detailed audit (approximately 400 questions) of every aspect of your organization’s marketing from strategy to execution. The assessment is designed to be used by both business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-consumer (B2C) marketers in all industry segments and it will help you determine the current state of all of your marketing strategies, processes, practices, programs and operations.
The purpose of this assessment is to identify areas of strength and areas of opportunity. Ideally, this assessment will give you peace of mind. More than likely, it will identify areas for improvement - and that's a good thing!
The assessment will also help guide your decisions about your future marketing needs and investments.
It is designed as a self assessment or DWS Associates may use it as part of the ‘discovery’ process we go through with clients in order to quickly identify areas of opportunity and problems that are affecting your organization's marketing performance. (When it is used as a tool in a formal audit which is conducted by DWS Associates, we would look at your communications materials, and interview personnel regarding roles, responsibilities, resources and processes.)
The assessment is broken down into the following areas:
- Business / Marketing Challenges Facing Your Organization
- New Customer Acquisition / Lead Management
- Customer Relationship Management
- Marketing Management
- Planning & Control
- Product Management and Marketing
- Marketing Communications and Promotions
- Organization
- Distribution
- Services
- Marketing Information Practices and Systems
- Marketing Applications
- About Your Organization
If this is used as a self assessment, you need not complete the sections on "Marketing Information Systems" and "About Your Organization." They are not included in the overall scoring and may be omitted. However, if you would like DWS Associates to review this assessment, these sections must be completed.
After completing this assessment, you will be presented with a score that will help you identify strengths and opportunities for improvement. If would like us to review the assessment or you identify opportunities for improvement, please contact us for a FREE NO OBLIGATION one-hour consultation that will provide you with practical recommendations to turn opportunities into improved performance.
