This B2B Sales Leads Pipeline Calculator tool calculates the sales leads needed in the pipeline to achieve a given revenue target for a specific period based on the values entered into the input boxes on this tool. The computations are tied to a specified period and not a specific marketing program or campaign. Multiple marketing programs can occur in the period (the number of months) that you specify. Enter your values in the open boxes and the results will be automatically calculated. You can adjust the various input values to see their impact on the quantity of leads that need to be generated to hit your revenue target for the period. You may enter the value manually in each box by double clicking on the box and entering your value. Once entered, you can adjust it up or down by dragging the up/down arrow that appears over the box when you hover your cursor. Or you can use the up/down arrow to select the value initially.
The conversion rates for the various staged are entered using the horizontal sliders. The values range from 0% to 100%. Move the sliders back and forth to adjust your values for conversion at each stage of the prospect's lifecycle.
If you don't distinguish between inquiries and leads, you may enter 100% for "inquiries to leads." The calculator will generate the same number of inquiries and leads. The same convention can be applied if you don't distinguish between opportunities and qualified opportunities, you may enter 100% for "opportunities to qualified opportunities." The calculator will generate the same number of opportunities and qualified opportunities.
