The Marketing Tools Section contains a wide variety of sales, marketing and direct marketing planning and analytical applications, calculators, checklists, charts, presentations, tools and white papers that will help you develop and execute more effective business-to-business (B2B) and business-consumer (B2C) marketing strategies, plans, and programs.

- Sales & Marketing Planning Tools: This section contains tools to analyze and plan various aspects of your organization's marketing strategies and performance in general and in specific functional areas. (This section is only available to Members.)
- Sales & Marketing Financial Calculators: This section contains a wide variety of tools that you can use for conducting financial analysis of your marketing programs and campaigns, including: revenue, profit and loss projections: breakeven analysis; ROI analysis; and "what-if" scenarios. Tools, and Application Design Services: If you can think of marketing and sales data that you need to analyze in a visual format, we can build a dashboard or tool for you addressing any aspect of marketing including: overall marketing programs reporting, planning, and management; sales management and forecasting; customer service management; retail and merchandising management, etc.. You name the functional area you want the dashboard or tool for and we can build it.
- The Sales and Marketing Checklists, Charts, Tip Sheets Section: This section contains a wide variety of checklists, charts and tip sheets for advertising, direct marketing, sales management, lead management and more.
- The Online Marketing Workshops Section contains workshop presentations and how guides on marketing and direct marketing topics. (This section is only available to Members.)
- The Marketing Tools Library Section contains downloadable tools, white papers, guides and templates on on a wide variety of topics: marketing, direct marketing, database marketing, CRM (customer relationship management), multi-channel marketing, catalogs, direct mail, customer acquisition, lead management and nurturing, customer retention and customer loyalty program, telemarketing, e-commerce, email marketing, marketing communications, sales promotion, consumer and competitive market research, product strategy and development, media planning and acquisition, and much more.
