How It Works:
Before your first session you will receive your training materials along with an agenda and action items outlining what you need to do to prepare for your first session.
Over the next four to five months you will participate in eight 90 minute one-on-one coaching sessions with your marketing coach. During each session we will cover a crucial step in how to market your business and go over the work you have done since your last session. After each session, you should expect to spend 5-6 hours implementing the strategies and tactics discussed in the prior session.
In between each session, I will provide you with unlimited email and telephone support as needed to answer questions pertaining to the development and implementation of your marketing plan.
Core Module Details:
Module #1: Identifying your Ideal Client – Finding and focusing on a market that values what you have to offer is the essential first marketing step. Defining the ideal client and finding more just like them is the purpose of this session.
Module #2: The Importance of Being Unique – Most prospects view one business just like another – they think that all accounting firms do the same thing, all electricians do the same thing etc. etc. When this perception exists you are left to compete on price. One of the most important marketing strategies the small business must master is the art of differentiation. Finding an important point of difference, one that matters to your ideal clients, is the primary focus of this session.
Module #3: Delivering the Right Message to the Right People at the Right Time through the Right Channels – Learn how develop the right messages and offers, as well as how to develop the most effective contact strategies so that you deliver the right message and offer to your Ideal Client at the right time in order to increase response and conversion rates.
Module #4: Converting Opportunities into Profitable Realities – Now that you are attracting potential buyers with your lead generation activities, you need to develop effective processes for quickly qualifying and prioritizing. This ensures ’sales ready’ leads are immediately directed to sales, and ‘qualified buyers’ with plans to buy in the near future are placed in an effective lead nurturing process that increases your conversion rates.
Module #5: Turning First-time Buyers into Repeat Buyers – Learn how to ensure a ‘Wow’ experience for new customers so that they are more likely to purchase from you again – and have a process in place for quickly leading them from that first purchase to repeat purchases.
Module #6: Driving Referrals – Learn how to create a simple, fast process that motivates all of your customers to become referral machines, making customer referrals a significant portion of your new customer growth!
