(When it is used as a tool in a formal audit which is conducted by DWS Associates, we also look at your communications materials, and interview personnel regarding roles, responsibilities, resources and processes.)

The purpose of this assessment is to identify areas of strength and areas of opportunity. Ideally, this assessment will give you peace of mind. More than likely, it will identify areas for improvement - and that's a good thing!

If this is used as a self assessment, you need not complete the sections on ""Marketing Information Systems"" and ""About Your Organization." They are not included in the overall scoring and may be omitted. However, if you would like DWS Associates to review this assessment, these sections must be completed. To use the marketing assessment audit tool, download a copy of it to your PC and launch the Excel template.
